- Define and own the user experience vision across the game client and supporting platform features, including onboarding, menus, progression, match flow, and rewards.
- Conduct a thorough audit of the current player journey and develop a clear, intuitive navigation structure from installation through gameplay to cash-out.
- Collaborate closely with Game Design, Product, and UI Art teams to bring ideas to life in Figma and in-engine builds.
- Simplify complex interactions and transitions—such as moving between platform, matches, and payout—to ensure clarity for new users and uninterrupted flow for returning players.
- Mentor and develop a junior UX designer, providing regular feedback, skill-building plans, and opportunities for hands-on collaboration.
- Integrate user research and A/B testing results, partnering with external vendors when necessary, to guide and refine UX decisions.
- Champion a player-first mindset throughout the studio, setting clear quality benchmarks and driving cross-team alignment on UX best practices.
- 5+ years of UX design experience, including at least 1–2 years working on mobile-first games or applications.
- Strong ability to translate complex systems into clear, accessible user flows and interactions.
- Enthusiastic about tackling unique design challenges such as asynchronous play, cash-based rewards, and integrated platform architecture.
- Practical experience in gaming combined with transaction-heavy systems (e.g., casino, betting, iGaming, or fintech).
- Proactive, organised, and confident backing up design decisions with logic and data.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, plus familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
