With a small, expert team, the studio partners with leading developers worldwide to deliver high-performance solutions in graphics, simulation, AI, and networking. Their dual focus includes both client services and the development of proprietary tools and technologies aimed at transforming how studios build games.

Responsibilities:
- Design and modernise high-performance rendering pipelines for multiple AAA titles across a proprietary engine.
- Develop scalable graphics architectures adaptable to current-gen consoles (PS5/Xbox Series X), PC, and legacy hardware including Nintendo platforms.
- Generalise advanced visual systems for use across multiple game projects, prioritizing modularity and scalability.
- Identify performance issues and implement low-level engine optimizations.
- Collaborate with technical artists, engine developers, and cross-functional teams to align visuals with gameplay needs.
- Represent the studio in client meetings and technical planning sessions, helping shape the roadmap.
- Serve as the studio’s embedded graphics expert.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8+ years of professional experience in graphics programming for games.
- Advanced C++ programming skills.
- Hands-on expertise with rendering APIs like DirectX 12, Vulkan, and legacy support with DirectX 11.
- Deep understanding of multi-platform rendering techniques, GPU constraints, and performance tuning.
- Proven ability to develop scalable and maintainable rendering systems.
- Prior experience on a shipped or supported AAA or console title.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of ray tracing, PBR lighting, and advanced compositing.
- Experience with cinematic rendering, visual effects, or destruction systems.
- Exposure to service-based technical work or client-embedded roles.
- Background in tools or engine-level R&D.
